the staff are friendly and the room is generous sized with good breakfast. the breakfast is rich for the traditional drinks, had outstanding food.

Generous sized, beautifully decorated units provided with double towels etc, other comforts, as for instance. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Excellant, particularly good location adjacent to tramway, restaurants nearby, and high hill.

except one time I ordred sandwitch it took them 1Hr to bring to my room

Nice staff, friendly and cooperative, my family and I felt happy during our staying in this hotel for 6 nights due to its nice location Parking was availability underground and that caused a lot of comfort for me Restaurant was providing high quality foods by very nice staff

The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options. The front desk staff were unhelpful regarding room changes, contributing to a frustrating experience. On multiple occasions, requests for basic amenities like an iron were delayed, and overall room conditions felt dated and noisy. I found the location to be acceptable

Although supposed to work, the internet access in my room did not work at all. In order to access WiFi one often had to search several places around the hotel to find a reasonable network. The socalled business centre in the hotel was absolutely unacceptable: computers were very old and not in any reasonable working order in terms of speed and software functionality. Printing took unacceptably long.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was poorly organized, at least for the breakfast buffet. At dinner there was also a buffet and I was quoted a different price for the buffet by the wait staff. Three different prices! I finally paid the lower price in cash, but it was odd for a hotel restaurant to be negotiating rates like a market. The food itself was overcooked and very unappealing in general.

Their staff are middle aged men who do not smile nore do they speak in a friendly way. Very rude and each person from different shifts gives you different information. Breakfast was very bad!

The location of this hotel near the see,Ragrag river,wedaya old village and neer the city cinter.

The hotel in one big Junction near the city center, therefore , not good who looking for quit please. I stayed in rbat Sofitel before, it is more better for who looking for more quit place, more new. It has excellent furniture, restaurant, garden, swimming pool and hall. In next trip sofitel is the first option sure especially no big diffrant in price. .

Stuff very worm/

There is no taxi service available. They should have a service to call public taxi. I had to go each time outside and stand like hell in the street. they have a hotel-taxi but not convenient for local transport. otherwise all is okay,

Can recommend for a weekend breather

Comfortable room, great breakfast, with friendly housekeeping staff who made our stay enjoyable and had easy access to transportation just 4 km from the train station.
